I really like this hair. The wig was soft. It was exactly what I order. There is some shedding, but nothing extreme. It can handle heat pretty well. The seller did keep in contact with me during the whole delivery process. I received the product very quickly seeing how I ordered the wig during the holidays. This wig is very beginner friendly. Its also big head friendly. I would feel comfortable ordering from this company again.
